The Data Automation Team is responsible for supporting various processes in collaboration with the Sofia Service & Billing team in their goal of provisioning the Experian products to end clients right first time. The Data Automation Team must ensure accurate completion of the assigned tasks related to account setup and follow up amendments, pricing application or additional changes that can be required, invoice and credit notes documents creation and others, in the respective systems and platforms used by the Sofia Service & Billing team to deliver the service agreements. They meet the established deadlines working hard as a team and deliver high quality service with attention to the details in fast paced environment.
Principle responsibilities
- Opening new accounts and setting the customer up in RPM, Permissions, Mainframe, Oracle, RDE and various billing and product platforms manually or using existing automated solution
- Applying and amending contact details such as Physical Addresses, Email Address, Telephone numbers
- Creating schedules and applying pricing, fees, price plans on them, etc.
- Keying invoices and credit notes
- Loading cyclic invoicing and other billing files into the billing system
- Actioning account amendments to pricing, customer name/address/branch
- Checking expired DPR licenses to ensure customers have renewed these and updating our system accordingly.
- Actioning account closures in the RPM, Permissions, Mainframe, and product platforms
- Managing day to day workloads
- Ensuring KPI s/SLA s are met for all Business Units
- Adhering to all Compliance and Global Security procedures
- Analysing and interpreting requirements to ensure correct actions are met;
- Adhering to internal and external audit requirements;
- Liaising with colleagues in the Service and Billing Team around Experian Flexibility in busy periods at month end
- Comply with company rules and procedures and stay informed about their updates.
- Identify, support and lead process or system improvements
- Keeping team standard operating procedures and other documentation up to date
- Share knowledge with team members and new hires in the team
- Ensure accuracy and high level of quality of the completed work
