Serving as a strategic communication partner supporting the management and functional teams
Executing, designing, and planning events for the employees
Budgeting and produce detailed proposals for events (including timelines, communication plan, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
Managing and coordinating suppliers and all event logistics (for example, venue, catering, etc.)
Liaising with internal committees and consult them in organizing events
Creating post-event evaluation and analysis
Managing issues and requests of various groups involved, including participants, stakeholders, vendors, marketing, internal service team providers such as facilities, administration, SEZ, etc.
Executing firmwide communication events and debrief in liaison with senior leaders and other stakeholders
Prerequisites
Creative and having an eye for details
Good analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Great interpersonal skills and Attention to detail
Good time management and multi-tasking skills
Comfortable with social media
Command over MS Office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
