Job Description

  • Support ISCO- Direct Purchasing Team in the required processes for US/EUROPE region ESSENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS:On-time PR to PO conversion
  • Good understanding of Procure to Pay cycle, Order management, RFQ Process & Supplier management
  • Follow up with vendors for timely order acknowledgement, expedite, de-expedite, cancellation, past due recovery dates and ensure timely system updates
  • Co-ordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Co-ordinate with internal/external teams to process timely goods receipts, payments to the vendors
  • Ensure timely resolution to escalations and share preventive measures
  • Support or identify improvement projects to build efficiency & productivity
  • Ensure to keep updated vendor material master
  • Good at managing complex vendors and high volume
  • Manage, build, and maintain supplier relationship
