Analyst (Collections)

• Analyst having some experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, General Finance

Responsibilities:

• Apply Cash within 7 days of receipt or request remittance detail
• Chase for Payment
• Keep AR Aging Updated with relevant status, notes and follow ups
• Manage Tax
• Alert client of Issues and Risk
• Reconcile Accounts to ensure complete payment
• Action Customer Specific Invoice Changes
• Complete Write-offs and create Agent Kissflow Commission offsets
• Complete Vendor and tax forms to receive payment.

Requirements

• Has understanding of AR Collections; or has previously played the role of an AR Specialists.
• Work Experience: 1-2 years
• Has good oral/written communication skills
• Microsoft Office excel, ppt etc
