Job Description
We are looking for Digital Analyst, Cloud Management who will be leading regional strategic projects, configuring and implementing innovative solutions, and working closely with Digital Infrastructure and Operations teams.
Skill / Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of professional experience supporting installing and configuring appropriate systems listed below.
- Microsoft 365 Tenant Services
- Microsoft Entra ID formerly Azure Active Directory
- Microsoft Public DNS
- M365 License Management
- Tenant Governance Compliance
- SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams Compliance
- M365 Auditing & Compliance
- Microsoft Compliance Center
- Identity & Access Management Compliance
- Azure Information Protection & Data Loss Prevention
- Appropriate Microsoft Administration or Engineer level certifications required.
- Advanced Microsoft or similar industry certifications are a benefit.
- Strong process and internal customer focus.
- Demonstrated project management skills utilizing tools and established methodologies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current and emerging technologies in relevant areas.
- Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills required.
- Demonstrated experience working and collaborating within a global enterprise with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated infrastructure security focus and best practice working habits.
- Experience leading and contributing to infrastructure projects within a fast-paced acquisition focused culture
Job Responsibilities
- Provide project management for complex cloud integrations, installations, and upgrades.
- Ensure the security, performance, reliability, and efficiency of global cloud services are maintained and continuously improved.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified through monitoring platforms, service desk calls, and vendor-generated tickets in line with established SLAs.
- Act as a liaison between end users and IT teams via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Provide comprehensive documentation for all projects, systems, and knowledge base articles.
- Support and maintain relationships with relevant IT vendors.
- Participate in the IT strategic planning process and service needs assessments.
- Work independently within global virtual teams and follow instructions to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Offer flexibility to work within global regional time zones, including off-hours support and weekend on-call duties.
- Potential global travel up to 10%.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
