We are looking for a self-driven Analyst, who should have attention to detail and is responsible for all aspects of quality. They should ensure that we deliver quality deliverables to our customer. The goal is to gradually achieve low rejection rate on the deliverables by strategically exploiting all aspects of the third-party research as requested by the customer.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, focus groups, questionnaires, and opinion polls.
- Proficient in understanding the client, their services, and related products.
- Ability to interpret and make recommendations based on the data collected.
- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns Analyse customer preferences to determine the potential sales of a product or service
- Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
- Analyse consumer preferences to determine the potential sales of a product or service.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Should have a bachelor's degree in market research or related
- Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to address complex business questions.
- Strong hands-on experience in internet research
- Ability to work on multiple campaigns with quick TAT.
- Analytical thinker with strong theoretical and research proficiencies
- Should have strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Proven experience in inbound & outbound call handling can be a plus.
