Job Description
QA Analyst will be responsible for creating, automating, and executing functional/regression test cases, test plans and SDLC processes, in support of new development and/or changes to the organization's business software applications, data resources, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Selfmotivated and self-driven, continuously learning, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Work with business partners and development teams to gain in-depth understanding of enterprise business systems and convert complex business requirements into detailed, functional test cases.
- Gather project requirements.
- Create and maintain reusable test data for automation scripts.
- Comply with and enforce approved QA and SDLC processes.
- Analyze and report test results and technical findings, provide recommendations, and issue detailed reports during test cycles.
- Support testing of application and environmental upgrades.
- Responsible for the overall testing cycles.
- Zeal to be domain expert and learn new technologies.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT or Equivalent.
Skills
- 7+ Years Strong Experience in Automation Testing required (TOSCA is a plus).
- Excellent understanding of QA and testing methodologies, best practices
- Experience with test data management techniques.
- Experience with Agile development methodology.
- Experience with Databases (SQL) often preferred.
- Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed.
- Outstanding verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Additional qualifications (optional):
- Good Knowledge in Tosca Query Language, Custom controls.
- Good Knowledge on TOSCA Best practices - Redundancy, Reusability and Maintainability.
- Good knowledge in Tosca Automation framework TBOX / Tbox modules, TCD, Self-Healing.
- Certified in TOSCA (AS1, AS2, TDS1, TDS2, AE1).
