Roles and Responsibilities
- Interact with solution architects and Business users at various Global locations on business requirements
- Analyze and understand business problems/requirements to propose effective technical solutions
- Develop functional/ technical specifications and have them successfully implemented.
- Help support the current implementation and resolve critical issues
- Identify opportunities to automate and enhance the business process and systems
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal customers, and meet their expectations
- Prioritize and manage several open support requests at one time to meet Service Level Agreements
- Partner with development and QA team to leverage automation for items such as regression testing to improve overall quality when projects are ready for UAT.
- Providing training and writing tutorials to scale end-user adoption and help improve the efficiency of program operations through self-service reporting, standardized operating processes, playbooks, and dashboards.
- Crafting and maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes.
- Recommending improvements for data quality, integrity and governance within the Business application systems, including process optimizations.
- Implement dataflows between enterprise applications
- Monitor the health of Data transfers between applications
- Work with Audit team for review of data transfer between applications
