Overview
As an Analog Design Flow-II, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the entire design flow, from concept to tape-out, ensuring high-quality and robust designs for our cutting-edge products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain analog design flow methodologies and best practices
- Collaborate with design, layout, and verification teams to define and implement analog design requirements
- Conduct and oversee mixed-signal simulations and verify design performance
- Provide support and guidance for EDA tool selection and usage
- Lead the integration of analog IP blocks into the overall ASIC flow
- Perform circuit analysis and drive improvements in design performance and efficiency
- Participate in RTL design and chip-level integration activities
- Contribute to physical design aspects for analog and mixed-signal blocks
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design and integration issues
- Contribute to design reviews and provide technical expertise
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in analog design and EDA tools
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the analog design flow
- Support tape-out activities and resolve any post-silicon issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in analog and mixed-signal design
- Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso and other EDA tools
- Expertise in SPICE simulations and circuit-level analysis
- Strong knowledge of Verilog, SystemVerilog, and related RTL design tools
- Experience in ASIC flow and tape-out processes
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- In-depth understanding of analog and mixed-signal design principles
- Experience in physical design aspects for analog blocks
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in analog design
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members
- Proven track record of successful tape-outs and product delivery
- Adaptability to evolving design requirements and tools
