Job Description:
Global Operations prioritizes putting customers and partners first by developing the workforce of the future. This involves strategic, inclusive, and collaborative working culture. Executes operational activities related to quote, price, configuration, deal registration, order management process, invoicing, and contract life-cycle management to ensure that sales orders are successfully completed from quote to delivery and credited appropriately assigned for sales compensation. Produces deal documentation and configures systems to reflect ordering processes. Generates invoices and client billing in accordance with service and product agreements. Records, updates and validates customer and deal information in systems produces reports and analyses of sales processing activities.
Appliesintermediatelevel of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.
What you'll do:
Understand the CPQ processes end to end and be a subject matter expert to support all quoting and pricing related questions raised by internal and external stakeholders
All support request cases assigned should be managed independently and responded within 1 hour from the time of receipt
The role entails addressing fallouts (scenario based) for the cases submitted by partners, customers and sales
The team member is expected to trouble shoot with IT, Deal Managers, Sales, Partners, PBM, etc and other teams to resolve issues and ensure the pricing & quote is provided to the requestor on time
Learn and manage all relevant tools to support sales, partners and/ or customers to create quotes and configurations, applying the right pricing, and generating quotes adhering to HPE audit and contractual policies.
Mailbox management - ensure all Partner, customers, Sales, Finance, other stakeholder queries are solved in the quickest possible iteration.
What you need to bring:
Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
May include highly experienced individuals performing Intermediate -level equivalent work who are non-degreed or degreed in an unrelated field.
