Ammonia Based Coldstore Mechanic <India to Saudi>

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair ammonia refrigeration systems in cold storage facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections of refrigeration units, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and other components.
• Monitor and adjust controls and settings to ensure optimal operation and temperature control.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure the reliability and longevity of refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system malfunctions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies regarding ammonia handling and refrigeration systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and refrigerant usage.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff and management to address and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide training and guidance to junior mechanics and technicians as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in ammonia refrigeration technology and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Refrigeration Mechanic with a focus on ammonia-based systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to ammonia refrigeration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to work in cold environments and perform manual labor tasks.
• Certification in refrigeration mechanics or a related field is preferred.
