Job Description

Summary

Position will oversee the implementation/ enforcement of AMER compliance programs surrounding the full scope of Lease Administration services provided for clients.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Serve as AMER compliance lead auditor, with direct reports of AMER and LATAM auditors.
  • Oversee work of auditors and develop talents / training plans for direct reports.
  • Plan for data accuracy audits and operation compliance audits for LA clients managed by the AMER region
  • Manage, coordinate, and carry out planned annual audits and ad hoc audits for operational compliance and data accuracy.
  • Ensure that LA ops/ JBS adheres to internal controls and compliance steps, by timely identifying and requiring remediation of errors and following up post-audit action items
  • Communicate with the Lease Administration Ops and JBS team, such as Account Leads, Supervisor or Mangers on important issues and on-going performance
  • Report to Global LA Compliance Lead and support operational review/ inquiry with SLT
  • Document and share best practices, participate in efforts to document and strengthen internal controls and improve data quality.
  • Support global compliance initiatives such as technology upgrades, process improvements, system enhancements, SOC1 audits, and other audit related activities
  • Participate in the Global Compliance workgroup to drive global consistency and create operational efficiencies.

Skills And Experience

  • 4-year college degree with 10+ years of work experience, preferably in Lease Administration, Lease Audit, or Property Management
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret complex commercial lease language, independent worker and team player, strong organizational skills, eye for detail, ability to process work quickly, accurately and with changing priorities, excellent oral and written communication skills and high proficiency in MS Office products
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to analyze issues and recommend steps to resolve.
