Customer Support: Interact with clients to understand their maintenance needs and provide technical support and guidance.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during maintenance and repair activities.Training: Provide training to clients on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment to minimize future issues.

• Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on maintenance activities, issues identified, and resolutions provided.

• Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role, preferably with exposure to AMC contracts.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and fire safety systems is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and report on maintenance activities.Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team.
