The opportunity
We're looking for an Amazon PPC Manager (Amazon Ads Specialist) who will be responsible for the development and execution of Amazon advertising campaigns. This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) with the potential for advancement to a full-time role based on performance.
How you'll add value
- Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts, including account creation, KYC processes, and necessary documentation for the EU and UAE regions.
- Develop and execute Amazon advertising campaigns to meet predefined KPIs, including Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance to achieve target KPIs such as ROAS, ACoS, and conversion rates.
- Manage Amazon listings using tools (e.g. AMALYTIX), ensuring listings are fully optimised and adjusted for the best performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives that effectively showcase products and brand identity.
- Organise and manage content and brand store materials by collaborating with internal team members, such as graphic designers.
- Proactively handle and maintain communication with Amazon Seller support to resolve issues effectively.
- Expand sales and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, demonstrating inquisitiveness and a deep understanding of new topics.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon advertising best practices, industry trends, and new features to continuously enhance advertising efforts.
What you'll bring to the team
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (C1 Level).
- 3+ years of experience working with Amazon Marketplace.
- 3+ years of experience using Amazon Seller Central, including account creation and KYC processes.
- 3+ years of experience with Amazon Advertising Console, including Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands.
- Advanced knowledge of G-Sheets or Excel (sum, vlookup, weighted averages, delta expressed in %, etc.).
- Proven ability to conduct thorough data analysis and summarise findings and conclusions.
- Completion of Amazon Ads Certification or another professional training with certification.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate with internal team members.
- Sales-driven mindset with a proactive approach to achieving brand success.
- Nice to have: German language skills and experience with Mumzworld, Noon, and other marketplaces in the UAE or Otto in Germany.

Salary range:
- For full-time role: 8L 11L INR per annum (depending on experience)
