What the process would be like:
Fear not, we won't ghost you! Our typical interview process has 4 stages:
- Basic introduction round
- Technical round
- Round with all the co-founders (yup, that's us)
- Final round where you officially become part of the Beyond Ads tribe!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Amazon advertising campaigns for our clients, including sponsored product ads, sponsored brand ads, and sponsored display ads.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to optimize campaign performance.
- Manage campaign budgets and bids to ensure maximum return on investment for our clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with client objectives and overall marketing strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to clients on campaign performance, and make recommendations for future campaign optimizations.
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in Amazon advertising or other digital marketing channels.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with Amazon Advertising Console, or similar advertising platforms.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex data and insights to clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong attention to detail.
