The E commerce Associate will play a crucial role in managing and
nurturing relationships with key Seller accounts on Amazon and Flipkart platforms.
This individual will be responsible for maximizing sales, optimizing product listings,
and ensuring overall client satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and management of e-commerce platforms
specifically Amazon and Flipkart for clients.
- Support the creation and optimization of product listings, including descriptions,
images, and keywords.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor
strategies, and consumer behaviour.
- Work closely on market trends and consumer demands to device strategies and
plans to increase platform revenues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns.
- Provide support in managing customer inquiries, orders, and returns to ensure a
seamless shopping experience.
- Assist in analysing e-commerce metrics and generating reports to track
performance and identify areas for improvement..
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year experience in account management, preferably on Amazon and
Flipkart.
Preferred Skill Set:
Previous experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, policies, and best practices.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
Familiarity with online retail, digital marketing, and e-commerce trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working hours : 10 A.M. to 7 P.M. ( full time)
