About the Role
Account Executive will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end P&L, operations, and
promotions on Amazon. The key focus will be on driving substantial revenue growth to meet
monthly and annual business targets. The role demands a strong understanding and hands-on
experience in managing Amazon advertising & platform-specific strategies to drive growth.
Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a
B2C e-commerce role managing platforms such as Amazon / Flipkart, etc. They should possess in-
depth knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart platform advertising, along with experience in managing
ad budgets on these platforms. A graduate or postgraduate from a reputable institute with excellent
verbal and written communication skills would be an ideal fit for this role.
Required Skills
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Prior 1-4 years of experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns
Strong understanding of Amazon& advertising ecosystem including Sponsored Products,
Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP.
Proficient in Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising console, and third-party Amazon
advertising tools like Helium 10, Jungle scout, etc.
Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make
informed decisions

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon PPC strategies to increase sales and revenue
growth.
Create, manage, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and
Sponsored Display campaigns to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data regularly.
Provide detailed reports on key performance indicators (ACoS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate,
revenue) and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance.
Generate weekly and monthly client reports tracking important sales and advertising
metrics Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments
Communicate with team and management on project development, timelines, and results
Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.
Provide strategic insights on the campaign performance for your set of clients.
Be responsible for all regular (and ad hoc) reporting and analysis of digital activity providing
crucial insights into further sales and marketing opportunities, and effectively
communicating this to the client.
Build, watch and maintain the budget and track success metrics.
Work with leadership to explain and modify strategic plans.
Understand and stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal
product development efforts.
Be accountable for Quarterly Business Review meeting and showcase business growth.
Be responsible for Quality and timely deliverables on request.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Any Graduate/MBA with 2+ years of relevant work experience in Amazon Marketing
Services (AMS) & other marketplaces platforms.
Have hands on knowledge of AMS Dashboard is a must.
Have experience in managing the advertising spends upwards of 30 Lacs/month per client
account.
Have strong project management skills including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end,
manage long-term projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet
persistent.
Have an appetite for Risk and should be a strong decision-maker.
Proficient in MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
