The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing Amazon Seller Central accounts. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving sales growth, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring operational excellence on the Amazon platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central accounts, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and account health maintenance.
Sales Optimization: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase product visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
Listing Optimization: Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, and images, to maximize product discoverability and appeal.
Advertising Campaigns: Develop and manage Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads) to drive targeted traffic and boost sales.
Customer Service: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve overall account performance.
Competitor Analysis: Stay abreast of competitor activities and industry trends, adapting strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer service) to ensure alignment and achieve company goals.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Ecommerce Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Amazons platform policies, algorithms, and best practices.
