Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager - Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing efforts of the company, including developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, coordinating promotional activities, and assisting in lead generation activities. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for cybersecurity and technology.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement traditional marketing strategies to promote Aishan Technologies cybersecurity solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Coordinate promotional activities such as trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop sales collateral and support sales initiatives.
- Assist in lead generation activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity and marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials.
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and technologies is a plus.
- Experience with traditional marketing channels such as trade shows, conferences, and print advertising is preferred.
