Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certification is preferred.
5-6 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and industry trends.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing HR issues.
