- Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn
- to competition Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client. Communicating and collaborating with the warehouse, merchandising, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients needs are met. Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each clients long-term goals.
Ideal Candidate
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management.
Should have excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
Proven experience as key account manager
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships
with professionals of all organizational levels
Excellent organizational skills
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation You have a diploma/degree in Sales,
Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
You have a strong track record of success within key account management, ideally
within the SAAS / Corporate Gifting industry.
You have experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
You are highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver.
You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and
effectively at all levels of the organization.
You can analyse and draw inference from data .
Familiarity with CRM tools is a must.
