Job Details Job title: HR - Manager Department: Human Resource Department Reporting Person: Director Competencies (Qualification, and Experience) Educational qualification B.COM / MBA Experience requirement Min. 7 years Work Scope Handling training related activities. Competent in ISO 9001:2015 requirements and awareness about API Q1 is preferred. To comply with safety requirement of the organization established by the management. Identification & appointment of competent personnel in the organization. Recruit and onboard staff for the new plant. Compliance & effectiveness of the QMS training system. Handling of employee grievances. Prepare HR documentation and ensure compliance with labor laws. Develop HR policies and manage employee relations. To maintain records of training, education, experience and skill of all personnel. To identify and update the competency of the personnel as per the requirement. Knowledge of risk management, risk assessment & contingency plan. Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed. Provides strategic advice and recommendations to leadership. Authorities Authorized to ensure required resources are available within the organization. Authorized to prepare Training plan, induction training record, Job description, competency mapping, training needs identification sheet and exit formalities. Authorized to approve or check or review Training plan, training attendance sheet, training effectiveness / evaluation form & purchase related document. Authorized for preparation of legal requirements. Accountabilities Is accountable for reporting to the director. Availability of competent person for all designations as per prescribed guidelines. Training of personnel when needed
