- Handling Gujrat Cluster. Responsible for sales targets, managing team & reporting as per system.
- Handling Construction Chemicals like Waterproofing, Admixtures, Repairs, Flooring, Sealants, Concrete Adhesives.
- Responsible for achieving targets.
- Manage retain existing customers & building a new customer base.
- Handled projects like Tunnels, HEP, TBM, Road and bridges.
- Manage Channel Sales in territory.
- Develop & train application contractor.
- Meet with consultants, Architects, Builders, Contractors and developers.
- Preparing and implementing sales/application and collection plan.
- Continuously track competitor strategies and activities to understand market trends and alter action plans of the sector so as to leapfrog the market
Experience
10+ years of handling construction chemicals.
Team Handling Experience Is Required.
The applicant must have experience in managing clients in the given region & underground clients.
