Position: AM/DM and Senior Engineer.
Required Experience: Minimum Of 3 - 7 Years in Construction and Project Quality.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering/civil engineering.
- Experience in inspection and quality control at construction project site
- Communication skills (written and verbal); and ability to interact professionally with customers, coworkers, and subcontractors.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of drawings and layout.
- Understanding of civil engineering concepts and electrical concepts relevant to construction and installation of equipment at project sites.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct incoming material inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare and submit non-conformance reports and quality observations related to construction works, documenting deviations from established standards and recommending corrective actions.
- Provide on-the-job training to vendors and subcontractors on quality requirements, procedures, and best practices.
- Witness and verify tests conducted on-site to validate the quality and performance of materials, equipment, and systems.
- Verify requests for inspections and ensure that necessary documentation and approvals are in place before proceeding with construction activities.
- Collaborate with execution engineers to implement good practices at the site execution level, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards.
- Carry out inspections at the construction site according to the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Testing of electrical/civil with respect to their relevant departments.
