Position Title: AM/DM - Industrial Engineering PaintShop
Experience Required: 3-6 Years
Compensation Range: 8,00,000 - 11,00,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager (AM) or Deputy Manager (DM) in Industrial Engineering, specializing in PaintShop operations within the automotive sector. This role involves overseeing maintenance and improvement initiatives in the PaintShop area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Optimize operational processes within the PaintShop to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Equipment Maintenance: Implement maintenance schedules and procedures for PaintShop equipment and machinery.
- Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications in paint application and finishing processes.
- Cost Management: Monitor and control expenses related to PaintShop operations, including materials and maintenance costs.
- Project Management: Lead projects related to process improvement, equipment upgrades, and facility expansion.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and support a team of engineers and technicians involved in PaintShop operations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations in all PaintShop activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PaintShop productivity, quality, and safety.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. BBA with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a PaintShop or manufacturing environment.
Skills:
- Knowledge of maintenance practices, process optimization, and quality management systems.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional initiatives.
