Team Member -Drivetrain Shift System Design
(To design and develop automotive transmission shift system parts)
Responsibility
- Lay-outing, Designing & Development of transmission shifting /control system (Shift cables, Selector).
- Gear Shift Operation and NVH Performance improvement.
- Analysis of testing failures/market problem pertaining to gearbox and gear shifting system.
Technical Competencies
- Understanding of Manual Transmission sub-systems- gearbox, gear shift mechanism, synchromesh system, Clutch operation.
- Understanding of Automated Manual (AMT)/Automatic/EV transmission Gear Shift Sys.
- Basics understanding of Controller application for Shift by wire.
- Tolerance stack-up and GD&T.
- Designer CAE
Educational Qualification And Work Experience
- Full Time B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical
- Minimum 60 % marks throughout education
