- Selection of equipment s, equipment sizing and plant capacity estimation for manufacturing and solvent recovery facility.
- Process design calculations such as thermal rating of heat exchangers, reactor design, hydraulic load, good understanding in all unit operations in batch process industry.
- Preparation of process and mechanical data sheet for process/utility equipment s and instruments.
- Preparation of draft PID and providing technical support for lay out preparation.
- Technical evaluation of the offers from Vendors and interacting with Vendors to freeze the best suitable technical specification.
- Preparation of qualification documentation such as URS, Design specification, Protocol, Reports, FRS,etc.
- Providing process / technical support for detailed engineering phase of the Project
- Review of Vendor drawing / documents and Consultant s documents / deliverables (Such as process equipment design calculation, thermal rating of exchangers, hydraulic load, relief system design etc.)
- Providing technical support for process and utility equipment systems commissioning.
- Providing technical support for OQ trial for all process and utility equipment s and imparting training to operating personnel.
- Assisting Scale up Engineer in process commissioning and troubleshooting to meet the deliverables
as per design. - Providing technical support for commissioning equipment systems operated through DCS / PLC and
imparting training to operating personnel. - Identifying and evaluating new technologies, adopting high efficient technologies in process design
and providing technical/commissioning support for new technology implementation across the plants. - Equipment fitment analysis and Location identification
Person Profile .
Qualification -BE/B-Tech Chemical Engineering
Experience- 6+ Years of relevant experience in TSD/ DE
