Key Responsibilities: Coordination with internal stakeholders for new project requirements Daily/weekly performance tracking on candidate management & career assistance Adherence to new strategies & processes standard Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement Help in Designing policies that align with an overall strategy Daily/Weekly/Monthly meetings with the team on Improvements required. Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
