Position Title: Alumni Relations Manager

Reports To: Vice-Chancellor

Location: K.R. Mangalam University Sohna Road, Gurugram, Sohna Rural, Sohna, Haryana 122103

Position Summary:

The Alumni Relations Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance engagement and foster relationships between K.R. Mangalam University and its alumni. This role includes organizing events, managing communications, and promoting alumni involvement to support the university's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Alumni Engagement:

- Develop and execute alumni engagement plans, including events and programs.

- Maintain and update the alumni database.

- Foster relationships through regular communication and outreach.

2. Events and Programs:

- Organize alumni events such as reunions and networking gatherings.

- Collaborate with university departments to integrate alumni activities.

3. Communications:

- Manage content for alumni publications, website, and social media.

- Develop marketing materials for alumni initiatives.

4. Fundraising:

- Identify and cultivate potential alumni donors.

- Assist in alumni fundraising campaigns.

5. Volunteer Management:

- Recruit and manage alumni volunteers for various programs.

- Support alumni advisory boards or committees.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze engagement data to measure program effectiveness.

- Report on alumni engagement metrics to university leadership.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field; master's degree preferred.

- 3-5 years of experience in alumni relations or similar roles.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in event planning and project management.

- Proficiency in alumni management software and social media platforms.

- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
