Position / Title: Alumni & Corporate Communications Associate
Department: CFBE
Job Duties:
- Maintenance and updating of Alumni Database.
- Manage and handle Alumni Portal and Alumni App.
- Collaborate with Alumni Board to engage alumni.
- Create invitations and emails related to alumni programs and events.
- Coordinate operational and logistical planning of alumni events, activities and event registration.
- Managing and executing comprehensive communication strategies and producing high-quality content for various platforms. The candidate should be comfortable using multimedia tools for efficient communication.
- Building and maintaining new communities via social media e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook, and providing analytics on their use.
- Produce CFBE newsletters to inform and engage stakeholders, including writing content for website, social media channels, newsletters, and other communication materials.
- Any other Ad hoc administrative tasks as required, as directed by the reporting manager/chairperson of the program
Education: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in media
Experience: 6+ years experience in public relations and content creation
Skills set required:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong skills in Excel and Power-point
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Team player and is comfortable working in a team of multiple matrix
Other pre - requisites: Willingness to travel to major cities periodically
