Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) - Opretion - Hyedrabad

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Support the fund manager in all aspects of portfolio management, including investment research, analysis, and trade execution

- Monitor fund performance and provide regular reporting to the management team and investors

- Assist with investor relations activities such as preparing investor communications, coordinating meetings, and addressing investor inquiries

- Help ensure the fund's compliance with all applicable regulations, guidelines, and fund documents

- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and internal controls

- Participate in the preparation of fund financial statements, budgets, and other reporting

- Collaborate with the operations team to oversee fund administration, including NAV calculation, cash management, and investor transactions

- Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed

*Qualifications and Skills:*

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field

- 3-5 years of experience in the alternative investment industry, preferably in a fund management or operations role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with investors, service providers, and the management team

- Proficient in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting

- Familiarity with alternative investment strategies, instruments, and regulations

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in using financial software and various computer applications

- Knowledge of compliance and risk management principles
