In this position, you will be reporting to Process, Methods, and Tools (PMT) organization and support engineering project teams on ALM tools related topics such as - tool roll out, configuring tools to project and business needs and training. Additionally, you will be the first point of contact for user management, troubleshooting, co-ordination with IT on ALM tool related topics.

Work closely with all engineering domains to support on ALM tool related topics
Support PMT organization to deploy current and new tool suites to engineering projects
Develop training material and train the users on using the ALM tool per the process
First point of contact to users on ALM tool related topics i.e tool usage, issue resolution, etc
Support users by creating tool related scripting and automations of repetitive tasks
Support engineering teams to extract charts and dashboards from the ALM tools
Support PMT team to ensure deployed ALM tools can satisfy the defined process
Support Configuration Manager, Change and Problem Resolution Manager to monitor and extract audit reports from the ALM tools
Act as a liaison between PMT and IT organization for ALM tools
Pilot new tools, perform tests with IT organization before upgrade or new tool roll out
Support multiple projects across different time zones - Asia, Europe, and North America
What we re looking for :
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or working experience with relevant activities (required)
