:This is a full-time on-site role for an Alliance and Partnership Manager
The Alliance and Partnership Manager will be responsible for Create strategic campaigns by working with digital and offline brands to explore partnerships to drive new user growth, developing and executing marketing/promotional campaigns for plutos ONE centrally,
collaborating cross-functionally to deliver on key objectives from the partners, actively working with functional teams to execute end-to-end campaigns including pre- and post-campaign tasks,
working closely with legal and finance functions for campaign contract closure, reconciliation, accounting, and settlement,
working with category teams to evaluate campaigns, track burn, and manage campaigns, and regularly tracking cashback burn to create campaigns strategically aimed at reducing cashback burn
,requirement:[Bachelors or MBA degree in business or finance related field
,1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role
,An entrepreneurial spirit, a creative bent of mind and strong work ethics
,Candidates from the Fintech/Payments background will be preferred
,Understanding of sustainable finance markets and Fintech environment
