Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for all chefs and commis. As a chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes. You will collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative and delicious menus, ensure food safety and quality, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a chef or commis in a professional kitchen
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and creative recipe development
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Passion for food and the ability to showcase culinary creativity
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
