- Generating new business with existing clients, including the creation and follow-up of offers and cooperating with respect to Air Freight Business and Sales
- Establishing new client relationships and generating new business, including creating and following up on offers within the existing sales structures
- Supporting the branch office in the preparation of the annual budget and business plan, with target setting and commercial evaluation of all projects
- Supporting business and commercial controlling for the division
- Strategy development and implementation for the division (customer acquisition, market share gain, benchmarking, competitor analysis, etc.)
- Tender management based on Air Freight Sales Planning
- Quality assurance of all processes and procedures
- Supporting the implementation of strategic goals of the group
- Ensuring interacting and cooperation with other deugro offices and departments
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
- Minimum Bachelor s degree in business or management, Master s Degree in relevant field is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of professional and sales experience in the field of Air Freight Sales
- Strong service and customer orientation would be a plus point
- Knowledge of complete Air Freight product (pricing/export/import/charter operations)
- Excellent communication skills and highly motivated and having Entrepreneurial ability
- Convincing personality with a confident manner and a solution-oriented way of working
- Ability to work in a team and strong organizational skills
- Good written and spoken English as well as MS Office skills
