AIR TICKET OFFICER EXECUTIVE

Description

We are looking for an Air Ticket Officer Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for booking and managing air travel for our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Book air travel for clients, including flights, hotels, and car rentals
• Provide clients with information on travel options, such as flight schedules, prices, and availability
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues related to travel bookings
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and car rental agencies to ensure smooth travel arrangements
• Maintain accurate records of all travel bookings and payments
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in travel regulations and policies

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field
• 0-1 years of experience in the travel industry
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in using travel booking software and tools
• Knowledge of airline and hotel policies and procedures
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English and Hindi
