Location: Pan India
Minimum 15+ years of experience in ASM solutioning, RFP response and driving end to end solutioning for customers
In-depth knowledge of Application Support and Maintenance (ASM), with experience in optimizing operational efficiency through APM & AIOPS
Drive and completely own customer's RFP/RFI/proactive solutioning proposals
Provide Solution Design and architecture as per customer requirements, Define roadmap and implementation plan for customer proposals.
As-is analysis of customer overall operations landscape, perform Data analysis, Observability assessment, Automation assessment to provide the best is class solution to customer.
Work with Solution teams and 3rd party tools vendors to provide best fit solution to customers.
Partner with ASM experts and 3rd party tools vendors to design monitoring and automation strategies that enhance application performance and align with specific business and operational goals.
Develop and execute Go to market strategies with 3rd part product partners.
Drive the execution of Go to Market Plans, pricing strategies, ensuring timely and successfully launch of new solutions, offerings and services.
Drive Analyst engagement to position HCL AIOPS Platform in Analyst reports
Identify new use cases and bring in iONA platform, work closely with AI/GenAI and Hyper-automation teams to leverage iONA's advanced AI capabilities for intelligent monitoring, predictive analytics, incident resolution and Hyper-Automation.
Frontend customer engagements , demos , workshop and customer visits
Though leadership in AIOPS
Secondary Skills:
Holistic Knowledge of AIOPS tools, market products and strategies
Sound knowledge of one or more Event Correlation and Incident Management tools like Big Panda, Moogsoft
Sound knowledge of one or more Application Monitoring and Observability tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Splunk, Grafana
Certifications in APM tools or cloud platforms
Sound knowledge of AI, ML and GEN AI applicability in ASM and Operations
