AIOPS Platform Manager
What You Will Do
The AIOPS Platform Manager is responsible for managing the design, development, and delivery of project solutions to specified requirements, identifying and overseeing new projects to improve efficiency and productivity, and presenting status reports and progress reports to management and business partners-
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of AIOPS Data Science Platform
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and apply them to the platform
- Design and implement scalable and reliable data pipelines
- Ensure the platform meets the highest standards of performance, security, and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop innovative solutions
- Lead complex projects, support development and implementation of AI models, algorithms, and systems without direct supervision
- Ensure the maintenance of continuity and continuous improvement in the company's information management systems
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, peers, coops and/or contractors
- Communicate complex AI concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT management and business partners to identify and analyze business needs and provide recommendations for technology solutions
- Sits on AI Governance Committee as a SME to review all AI initiatives and provide recommendations
- Monitor the information technology balanced scorecard to ensure value is being added to processes
- Manage the design, development, and delivery of project solutions to specified requirements
- Identify and oversee new projects to improve efficiency and productivity and reduce cost for the enterprise
- Present status reports, progress reports, and documentation to management and business partners
- Contribute to business planning activities as needed
- Assure the interface with suppliers and vendors and evaluate software, hardware or services and make purchase and lease recommendations
- Acquire appropriate resources to successfully complete projects
Required Qualifications
What we are looking for
- 10-12 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, statistics, or related field
- Strong knowledge of AIOPS Data Science Platform
- Experience in managing projects and teams
- Ability to evaluate and recommend software, hardware or services
- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex data science projects
- Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning algorithms and frameworks
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka
- Experience with data science platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
