AIML PRESALES Lead

10-12 Yrs

PUNE/BANGALORE/HYDERABAD

What's this role about

As an AIML Presales, you will work closely across multiple AIML opportunities within the organization such as pilot, PoC, building a PoV as well as delivering the expected outcome through a robust solution with the help of the team.

Your job will also include understanding the customer's needs and pitching the right solutions & services as appropriate. You will be responsible for collaborating with other DE&A solution architects & delivery leads to build advisory and thought leadership PoV on various topics such as Generative AI use cases, Deep Learning, NLP & Vision based solution accelerators, cloud native services vs. specialized technologies. ML Ops, and various solution frameworks. You will contribute in pre-sales, technical solutioning, RFI and RFP responses as well as solution delivery.

Here's how you'll contribute:

AIML Presales Lead at Zensar participates in end to end cycle from opportunity identification to its closure and takes up complete ownerships of proactive pitch, solutioning, PoV building and proposal response.

At Zensar, the person in this role will:

  1. Anchor response to RFP/RFI/RFQ by working closely with Sales, Delivery & various competencies for preparation & submission. Estimate effort, identify risk and provide technical support whenever needed.
  2. Contribute to SoWs, technical project roadmaps, etc required for successful execution of projects leveraging Technical Scoping & Solutioning approach.
  3. Managing all aspects of technical solutions development and ensure successful project deliveries.
  4. Understand customer requirements and create AI/GenAI technical proposition. Drive Digital transformation initiatives powered by AI/ML strategies for enterprises
  5. Drive customer conversations and engage in strategic initiatives with senior-level clients including C-Suite executives, build POV for customers & prospects
  6. Keep up-to-date of the current trends and drivers, with proficiency in articulating, economic, technological and business impacts on key business operations
  7. Get trained and certified in LLM, Azure Open AI, Google and other LLM providers as the market shape up.
  8. Work with pre-sales and marketing team to develop collaterals for new AIML solutions and service offerings and help in brand building initiatives through blogs, whitepapers and other thought leadership initiatives

Skills required to contribute:

Mandatory Skills:

  1. 12+ years of experience in any or all of the following: IT consulting, Analytics, Product Management and Business Development
  2. 10-12 Years of data science, machine learning and analytics experience with minimum 5+ years in one of cloud platforms like Azure, AWS or GCP Cloud native data science/ML services.
  3. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, or a related field 5+ years of experience in Automated Artificial Intelligence Tools, Machine Learning / AI as well as in Docker and Kubernetes
  4. 5+ years Proficiency in Python and experience with Langchain, pyspark, PyTorch, Tensorflow, Streamlit and other relevant tool, experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning.
  5. 2+ years of experience in Prompt Engineering and AI Chatbot Acumen: Developing sophisticated AI chatbot solutions, including QA/chatbots, translation, and search/summarization functionalities.
  6. 2+ years of experience in GenAI Foundation Models and Vector DB: Leveraging foundational AI models and vector database technologies (multi vector) for advanced AI capabilities.
  7. 2+ years of experience in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Model Fine Tuning: Employing RAG techniques for enhanced AI responses and fine-tuning AI models for optimal performance.
  8. Expertise in MS OpenAI, Vector databases, Langchain, Databricks Mosaic, Google Gemini or AWS Blackrock etc.
  9. Ability to understand client business objectives, align with the expectations and convert business requirements to suitable technical solution
  10. Proficient in technical solution documentation and ability to coordinate & integrate solutions from multiple technology practices
  11. Ability to do proposal writing, bid management, effort estimation, presentation, proposal defense with customer
  12. Excellent Stakeholder Management skill has to work with all function in organization; sales team, marketing team, technical team, commercial, corporate, client visit team etc.
  13. Excellent presentation, communication, documentation skills, with strong Proficiency in MS Office skill
  14. Experience in similar/larger IT services companies in important.
  15. Should possess excellent oral, written, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  16. Must be able to succeed with minimal resources and supervision.
  17. Consultative mindset & thinking to help Sales team engage, sell, manage, and services customers
  18. Broad technical background and experience in a variety of technologies and services such as Data cloud native technologies & services, low code & no code development, DevOps, API based microservices architecture, integrations, AI, Intelligent Process Automation etc. will be beneficial.
  19. Excellent Stakeholder Management skill has to work with all function in organization; sales team, marketing team, technical team, commercial, corporate, client visit team etc.
  20. Excellent presentation, communication, documentation skills, with strong Proficiency in MS Office skill
  21. Should possess excellent oral, written, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  22. Must be able to succeed with minimal supervision.
