Position Summary
Asan AI Technical Writer for EverAI Labs, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for AI-driven products focused on transforming contact centers. This division operates independently within a large company, combining the agility of a startup with the resources of a larger organization. You will collaborate closely with AI engineers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation that meets the needs of a diverse audience, including developers, data scientists, and end-users.
Principle Accountabilities (Key Result Areas)
- Documentation Creation: Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation for AI products, including user guides, API documentation, developer guides, installation manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaboration: Work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, product managers, and UI/UX designers to gather information and implement documentation accurately reflects the functionality and features of AI products.
- Simplification of Complex Concepts: Translate complex AI and machine learning concepts into clear, understandable language that can be easily understood by both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Consistency and Clarity: Deliver consistency and clarity in all documentation, adhering to established style guides and maintaining a strong focus on user needs.
- Content Management: Manage the documentation lifecycle, including version control, updates, and revisions, such that all materials are current and accurate.
- User Feedback: Gather and incorporate feedback from users, developers, and other stakeholders to continuously improve the quality and usability of documentation.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize documentation tools and software to create, manage, and publish content, providing documentation is easily accessible and well-organized.
- AI Knowledge Sharing: Assist in creating training materials, white papers, and other educational content to support the broader understanding of AI products within the organization.

Knowledge
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a background in AI or data science is highly desirable.
- Experience: 5 years of experience as a technical writer, with a strong focus on writing documentation for AI, machine learning, or other advanced technologies.
- AI and Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of AI, machine learning, natural language processing, and related technologies, with the ability to grasp and explain complex technical concepts.
- Experience with AI Products: Previous experience in documenting AI-driven products or technologies, with an understanding of AI model deployment, data pipelines, and API integrations.
- Tool Proficiency: Proficiency with documentation tools such as Markdown, LaTeX, Confluence, Git, or similar, and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools as needed.
