Position: Head of AI, STEM and Robotics Training
Location: Chennai, India

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee curriculum for AI, STEM, and Robotics training programs.
- Lead a team of 30+ trainers to deliver engaging and interactive sessions to train the school's trainers and train school students with our trainers.
- Must be ready to travel across India
- Collaborate with schools and educational institutions to integrate our programs into their curriculum including making presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into training modules.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred. B Ed would be welcome.
- Proven experience in AI, STEM, or Robotics education, with a minimum of 8 + years of training experience and at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
- Passion for education and a commitment to empowering students with future-ready skills
