Role Description
We are seeking an experienced AI-Powered Learning Experience Developer to join our team and enhance our Learning Management System (LMS) platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating AI-driven features that improve learner engagement and accessibility by enabling real-time interactions and customized support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Captioning Integration: Develop and implement automated transcription and captioning services for video content, ensuring high accuracy and accessibility for all users.
- Real-Time Q&A System: Create an AI-powered chatbot that allows users to ask questions in real-time about content present on the LMS, providing accurate and contextual answers.
- Resource Q&A Feature: Enable a conversational AI feature that answers user questions related to books, courses, and personalized learning journeys.
- Data Integration and Analysis: Integrate these features with user data to offer personalized learning insights and recommendations.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze user interactions with AI features to continuously improve the quality of answers, user experience, and feature effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- Proven experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) technologies.
- Hands-on experience with AI APIs, such as OpenAI, Google AI, or similar.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python and JavaScript; familiarity with React or other front-end frameworks is a plus.
- Strong understanding of LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a user-centered approach.
