Job Description
1. Overall responsibility for setting and realising sales targets for international markets, including:
o Taking full ownership of a sales plan
o Identifying, qualifying, managing the effort, and closing sales opportunities across the region
2. Develop and execute business development strategy and plan both short and long term goals to ensure achievement of company sales targets, growth in profits and expansion of company services and drive special initiatives such as tradeshows, webinars, product seminars, online demos and new market penetration strategies.
3. Manage workflow, handle escalations, proactively engage resources to address issues and effectively delegate workload across the team.
4. Manage Inside sales team and drive entire sales process.
5. Develop strong partnerships with all for the purpose of penetrating and growing market share and driving sales.
Candidate Requirement :
This is a senior-level sales position which is responsible for international sales growth through direct efforts and management of staff and independent representatives.
· 8+ years of international sales management experience in the IT software industry.
· Extensive experience in establishing and managing international sales.
· Excellent pipelining / forecasting / resource management / relationship management skills.
· Ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships with staff and partners.
· High energy, great people skills, honesty and integrity.
· Excellent convincing and negotiating skills.
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
· Exceptional problem solving capabilities.
