• About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented AI Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in the entire customer lifecycle, from initial interaction to solution implementation and ongoing support.

• Responsibilities:

Independently manage client interactions, including needs assessment, solution design, and ongoing enhancements.

• Develop and implement technical solutions using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks for AI model development and implementation.

Solid understanding of machine learning principles, techniques, and best practices, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.

• Design and conduct demos to effectively showcase AI capabilities and solutions.

Address customer satisfaction concerns and ensure successful project outcomes.

• Stay current on the latest advancements in AI, particularly Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Casa.

Leverage APIs to integrate GenAI with client applications.

• Qualifications:

4-5 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on AI and machine learning.

• Proven experience in designing and developing GenAI applications.

Proficiency in Python programming with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience working with AI APIs and integrating them into software applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients at all levels.

• Ability to independently manage projects and deliver solutions within deadlines.

Strong demonstrable track record of achieving customer satisfaction.

• Bonus Points:

Prior experience with a large GenAI application design and development.

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) for training and deploying neural network models, including CNNs and RNNs.
