Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and technically adept AI Image Creation and Editing Intern to join our production team. In this role, you will harness the power of various generative AI technologies to create visually stunning and unique content for our TV shows. Your ability to blend AI techniques with an eye for visual quality will elevate the creative output of Shashwat TV's productions. You will collaborate with a team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of AI-driven visual content, ensuring our visuals stay consistent, on-brand, and highly engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

1) AI-Powered Content Generation:

• Use generative AI models (e.g., DALL-E, MidJourney, StableDiffusion) to create unique, high-quality visual content for Shashwat TV's shows.
• Experiment with different AI outputs, testing and optimizing prompts to align with the thematic and aesthetic requirements of each project.

2) Content Enhancement:

• Apply advanced photo editing techniques (e.g., color correction, retouching) to AI-generated images using software like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
• Improve visual quality and ensure that all assets meet or exceed production standards.

3) Quality Assurance:

• Maintain a sharp focus on visual quality, ensuring all AI-generated and edited content aligns with Shashwat TV's creative vision.
• Regularly review content to ensure consistency in style and brand representation.

4) Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with the production team to integrate AI-generated content into various visual projects and campaigns.
• Participate in pre-production meetings, providing input on how AI can be leveraged for efficient and innovative content creation.

5) AI Research and Innovation:

• Stay updated with the latest trends in generative AI technologies (e.g., ComfyUI, ControlNet) and explore new methods to enhance content creation.
• Incorporate emerging techniques into your workflow to push creative boundaries and improve workflow efficiency.

6) Creative Problem Solving:

• Address unique creative challenges by leveraging AI-driven solutions, always looking for ways to enhance and automate content production.

7) Video Editing:

• Perform basic video editing tasks to integrate AI-generated images and other visual elements into video content, ensuring seamless visual storytelling.

8) File Management:

• Organize, manage, and archive all image and video files, ensuring proper backup and easy retrieval for future projects.

Qualifications:

1) Education:

• Candidates should possess a basic educational qualification. A degree in Fine Arts, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related discipline will be considered an advantage.
• Certifications in AI tools, photo editing, or video editing software are advantageous.

2) Skills:

• Proficiency in generative AI tools (e.g., DALL-E, MidJourney, StableDiffusion).
• Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Basic experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
• Exceptional visual sensibility, with a keen eye for detail, composition, and color balance.
