We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with expertise in Generative AI, Llama, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to innovative AI projects, building advanced solutions that harness the potential of cutting-edge AI technologies to drive meaningful business impact.
As an AI Engineer, you will work alongside cross-functional teams to develop and scale AI-driven systems and engage in research and implementation of the latest AI algorithms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI solutions using Generative AI, Llama, NLP, and LLM technologies.
- Design and fine-tune AI models for optimal performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and apply them to address real-world challenges.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and implement improvements based on results.
- Document AI research and implementation processes for knowledge sharing and maintainability.
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience with Generative AI, Llama, NLP, and LLMs.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Proficiency in training, fine-tuning, and deploying large-scale AI models.
- Solid understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and model evaluation techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Familiarity with additional AI frameworks and libraries.
- Previous experience in research or product-oriented AI roles.
