We are seeking an AI Engineer to focus on developing and deploying Generative AI models within healthcare, financial services, and other regulated industries
This role requires working collaboratively to design and manage AI systems and MLOps pipelines, as well as providing mentorship and spearheading advancements in machine learning infrastructure
Ideal candidates will possess robust programming skills in Python or Scala, extensive experience with machine learning frameworks, and a demonstrated ability to execute complex software projects effectively
Responsibilities:
Design and implement Generative AI models tailored for the healthcare sector, focusing on applications in senior care.
Collaborate with Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and developers to deploy AI systems, optimizing the extraction of insights from healthcare data.
Develop and manage MLOps pipelines to streamline the deployment and operation of AI models, enhancing the speed of product deliveries.
Mentor team members, providing guidance to support their professional growth and project delivery success.
Create robust monitoring systems to track and report on the performance of machine learning models.
Lead the development of the technical roadmap, continuously improving the underlying ML infrastructure.
Engage in the fine-tuning and training of open-source Large Language Models (LLMs).
Select appropriate algorithms and tools for Generative AI tasks and establish benchmarking standards for these tasks.
Analyze model performance, refining and optimizing models based on empirical data.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Python or Scala, with a solid background in developing mission-critical applications.
At least 2 years of experience in architecting ML and data pipelines.
Practical knowledge in AI, Generative AI, and machine learning.
Familiarity with deep learning, machine learning algorithms, and ML frameworks such as Keras or PyTorch.
Experience with large datasets and an understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Expertise in text representation techniques, statistical analysis, and classification algorithms.
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
Proven track record in delivering software projects from inception to production.
Education:
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering.
