Ai engineer - Puzzle Generation

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain an AI-powered puzzle generation pipeline using LLMs and other machine learning tools

- Fine-tune AI models to generate diverse puzzle types while maintaining quality and coherence

- Implement quality assurance protocols to ensure AI-generated puzzles meet our standards

- Collaborate with game designers to create new puzzle concepts leveraging AI capabilities

- Optimize the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our AI puzzle generation processes

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, particularly in natural language processing and content generation

- Ensure ethical use of AI, including bias mitigation and compliance with data protection regulations

- Provide technical guidance and training to team members on AI-assisted puzzle creation

- Analyze and report on the performance and impact of AI-generated puzzles

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in machine learning and AI, with a focus on natural language processing and content generation

- Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)

- Demonstrated experience in working with LLMs and other AI content generation tools

- Solid understanding of puzzle design principles and game mechanics

- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms for AI model deployment and scaling

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Experience with agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the gaming or puzzle industry

- Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning techniques

- Familiarity with ethical AI practices and bias mitigation strategies

- Experience with data visualization tools for reporting and analysis
