Job Role & Responsibilities:-
- Creating predictive models for AI and ML-based features.
- Writing efficient, reusable, testable, and scalable code.
- Understanding, analyzing, and implementing Business needs, feature modification requests, and conversion into software components.
- Designing and implementing High availability and low latency applications, data protection, and security features.
- Performance tuning and automation of applications.
- Enhancing the functionalities of current software systems.

Technical background
- AI Developer - Text Analytics/NLP/NER - Must have a working knowledge of AI, ML, NLP, NER (Named Entity Recognition), Deep Learning, text analytics, recommendation engines - Libraries like TensorFlow, Keras, Pytorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
- Ability to build solutions to real-world problems using AI/ML/DL (in NLP/Text mainly)
- Candidate having HR domain-related projects will be preferred
- Reinforcement learning will be a plus
- Must have experience at least 2 years on AI/ML/Dl projects
- Specialization/certification in Artificial intelligence will be a plus
