THE ROLE
As an engineer in the team, you'll be participating in the design and development, maintenance and deployment of the LLM based Chatbot.
OPPORTUNITIES
- Work on functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures of Chatbot to ensure it can take on large amount of data to achieve the desired results
- Articulate and document the Chatbot architecture and lessons learned for each exploration and constantly analyze statistics, data and algorithms to achieve accuracy
- Analyze and explain AI and machine learning (ML) solutions in Chatbot while setting and maintaining high ethical standards
- Understand company and client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help lead to solutions
- Stay updated on AI knowledge, trends and regulations
Skills
- BE/BTech candidates with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience & understanding of data science, algorithms, and statistics
- Experience in Python, JavaScript and preferably PHP
- Experience working on Azure Cloud platform & Web technologies & API tools
- Strong knowledge and experience in React.js / Node.Js, HTML/JavaScript
- Strong knowledge of functional, reactive and object-oriented programming
- Experience in designing large data volumes and performance.
- Experience in handling databases such as Postgres / MySQL / MSSQL
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with collaborative approach and team working skills
